Restorative/Yin Yoga
We want to celebrate our Mothers on Mother’s Day Weekend by offering a Restorative/Yin yoga class!
In Yin/Restorative Yoga we will focus on promoting relaxation in body, mind and spirit. All levels are welcome. We will move at a gentle pace, emphasizing long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Our 75 min class concludes with a warm washcloth for extra relaxation and warm tea/coffee and snack.
Please bring any additional props you may need to feel more at ease (blocks, pillows, or blankets)

Summer Fitness Series
Enjoy a 6 week fitness series around town with YMCA personal trainer, Amanda!!
Each class will be held at a different location around Burlington enjoying the fitness challenges Burlington naturally has to offer!
All classes will meet at 8am and go for approx. 45min. Bring a mat and some water. If case of rain/inclement weather, plan to meet at the YMCA. You’ll receive an email update if location plans change
