Wellness Program, Classes, and Special Events
We are STRONGER TOGETHER!! Now offering Beginner and Intermediate Strength at the same time. Though not fully combined, our certified personal trainer, Kara Stoner, will offer insight and instruction to both groups simultaneously.
Beginner Strength introduces basic free weight and strength movements while teaching the correct form to help you gain knowledge and confidence to create your own workout routines.
Intermediate Strength is great for those who have a basic knowledge of free weights and are looking for an extra push in their current workouts. In addition to free weights, participants will learn to use other standard weight room equipment such as: kettle bells, TRX, battle ropes and cable machines.

This is for adults ages 14 and up only. Youth 11-13 must register for orientation class with a parent.
Request will be followed up by one of our certified trainers to arrange a day, date and time.
For members of the Burlington Area YMCA only. Orientation to learn equipment use, proper gym etiquette, etc. If you want a training program developed, please use the personal training interest form.
There is a $5 fee assessed for a no call/no show.

Youth Fitness Orientation 1
Youth Orientation 1– Orientation to the Nautilus machines, cardio room and the track. Instructed by YMCA certified personal trainers and Instructors.
Restricted to ages 11-13 (must be 11 at the time of registration). Parents must attend orientation. Policy signature form must be signed upon completion.
Limit 5 per class.

Upon Completion- entrance to the Nautilus/Cardio Room and Track require a blue band from the front desk that must be worn at all times while in each room.
