Ghouls on the Run Event offers a 5K run/walk , Ghostly Gallop, and Spooky Spring at the Burlington Area YMCA. The event it timed manually.  The kids Spooky Sprint starts at 9am followed by the Ghostly Gallop and then the 5K at approx. 930.

5K is for all ages

Kids Spooky Sprint: is a 50m sprint for ages 3-5.  Each age group will sprint alone to identify an age group winner.

Ghostly Gallop is a  yard run/sprint for ages 6-11.  Age group divisions are 6/7, 8/9, 10/11.  Age group divisions may run separate or combined based on registration numbers. There will be an age group winner for each division.
