Flag Football
The Burlington Area YMCA and Burlington RecPlex will be partnering to offer youth flag football leagues for grades K-6th. This co-ed league is a fun, safe way for kids to learn about the rules of football while developing their passion and skills.
*Practices and games will take place at RecPlex.
Fall League
Join the YMCA Youth Flag Football League for kids entering K–6th grade! Players will build skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun and supportive environment. Games are held on Sundays at the Burlington Rec Plex from September 6 through October 11. Register by August 9 to secure your spot.

YMCA Youth Football Skills Camp
Pre-Season Youth Football Skills Camp at the YMCA this August! This direct, one-hour program is led by local high school coaches and specifically designed for 3rd through 6th graders. It’s a high-energy environment focused on the core fundamentals—ball security, passing, and footwork—that players need to succeed. Our high school mentors will lead fast-paced drills and stations to sharpen every athlete’s skills, ensuring they head into their youth league season with the confidence and technique to play their best.
