01 Water Acclimation
Water Acclimation: Increases comfort with underwater exploration and introduces basic self-rescue skills performed with assistance. Ages 3-5
Requirements: Must be at least 3 years of age
Skills covered:
Submerge- Bob independently
Water exit- independently
Front/back float 10sec assisted with independent recovery
Jump/push/turn/grab assisted
Roll assisted
Swim float swim 10ft assisted

04 Stroke Introduction
Stroke Introduction: Introduces basic stroke technique in front crawl and back crawl and reinforces water safety through treading water and elementary backstroke. Ages 4-11
Requirements: must have skills mastered from level 3
Skills covered:
Endurance: any stroke or combo of strokes 25 yd.
Front crawl-rotary breathing, 15yd
Back crawl 15yd
Dive- sitting
Resting stroke: elementary backstroke 15yd
Tread water: scissor and whip kick 1min
